General conditions of sale

Preamble

The site is the property of the TeeVasion company in its entirety, as well as all rights relating to it. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is systematically subject to the authorization of the owners. However, hypertext links to the site are authorized without specific requests.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the specific conditions of sale set out here and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between TeeVasion and its customer, both parties accept them without reservation. These general terms and conditions of sale shall prevail over any other conditions appearing in any other document, unless otherwise expressly and in writing.

2. Order

Automatic recording systems are considered to be proof of the nature, content and date of the order.

TeeVasion confirms acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address provided by the customer. The sale will only be concluded once the order has been confirmed. TeeVasion reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order. The information provided by the buyer when placing the order is binding on the buyer: in the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.

3. Delivery

Your package will be shipped within 5 to 15 working days, from the date of receipt of payment. This period is set as an indication, each product being manufactured and prepared by hand in our workshop or that of our partner, the delivery time may vary. Upon receipt of your payment we will confirm a firm deadline.

For deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country where the order is received.

All orders placed are intended for the personal use of customers, customers or recipients of the products are prohibited from any partial or total resale of the products.

TeeVasion is therefore released from all legal responsibilities if the payment of taxes is not made by the customer.

Delivery will be made by La Poste by Colissimo or by Mondial Relay.

- At home, with direct delivery of the product to the recipient indicated, or in case of absence, to another person authorized by the customer. Any delays do not give the buyer the right to claim damages.

Deliveries outside France are made by La Poste via Colissimo

The amount of shipping costs is calculated based on the weight of the package, the carrier and the delivery area.

4. Withdrawal

You can cancel your order within 24 hours. After this period the order will be considered final.

In the event of an apparent defect, the buyer has the right to return the item under the conditions set out in this document.

The customer has 14 days from receipt of the items to request a return. In the event of an exchange or refund, the customer must return the new item(s) in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation to the following address:

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, TeeVasion is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of shipping and return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 15 days.

Items on sale or on promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Price

The price is expressed in euros

The price indicated on the product sheets does not include transport.

The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed inclusive of all taxes and including VAT for France and EU countries. This price includes the price of the products, handling, packaging and storage costs of the products, transport and commissioning costs.

6. Payment

The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by Teevasion.

The price of the products is payable in cash on the day of the actual order.

For the security of your payments we use one of the most reliable online payment solutions. With this system, your card payment is made directly on the secure server on our behalf. At no time will your card number or other confidential data attached to it be communicated to us. Exchanges are encrypted thanks to the secure PCI-DSS certified platform, the most rigorous security standards in the payment industry.

Furthermore, TeeVasion reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.

7. Disputes

This contract is subject to French law. TeeVasion cannot be held responsible for damages of any nature, whether material, immaterial or physical, which could result from a malfunction or improper use of the products sold. TeeVasion's liability will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order. In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the buyer has the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution, in particular with the help of:

- a professional association in the sector, a consumer association or any other advisor of their choice. It is recalled that the search for an amicable solution does not interrupt the "short period" of the legal guarantee, nor the duration of the contractual guarantee. It is recalled that as a general rule and subject to the assessment of the courts, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual guarantee assumes that the buyer honors his financial commitments to the seller.

Complaints or disputes will always be received with kindness, good faith being always presumed in those who take the trouble to explain their situations. In the event of a dispute, the customer will contact the company as a priority to obtain an amicable solution.

8. Guarantee

TeeVasion's liability is systematically limited to the value of the product in question, value on its date of sale and this without the possibility of recourse against the brand or the company producing the product.

In any event, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of hidden defects (art. 1625 et seq. of the Civil Code). Provided that the buyer proves the hidden defect, the seller must legally repair all the consequences (art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code); if the buyer goes to court, he must do so within a "short period" from the discovery of the hidden defect (art. 1648 of the Civil Code).

9. Legal information

The provision of personal information collected for the purposes of distance selling is mandatory, as this information is essential for processing and delivering orders, drawing up invoices and warranty contracts. Failure to provide this information will result in the order not being validated. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, the processing of personal information relating to customers has been declared to the French National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL). The customer has (Article 34 of the Act of 6 January 1978) a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning them, which they may exercise with Teevasion. In addition, TeeVasion undertakes not to communicate, free of charge or for compensation, the contact details of its customers to a third party.
