1/ TeeVasion who are we?

TeeVasion is a French brand that offers you an innovative golf ball holder. TeeVasion is a real decorative object that will delight fans of the sport of golf. It is an alternative to the simple golf ball display case.

TeeVasion was born one day of confinement when we could no longer play golf.

Created by a DIY enthusiast who started out designing display cases for the whole family's golf balls in his garage.

Starting from the observation that it is not always easy to find original gifts for golfers, he had the idea of ​​designing a golf ball holder that can be available in different sizes and materials, ranging from a small desk holder to larger models that can be used as a display in Proshops.

TeeVasion pays particular attention to the environment. The ball holders are manufactured in our workshops or those of our partners in France with recycled products. The manufacturing of the clothes is ethical and meets the criteria of respect for the environment.

- What payment methods do you offer?

In our shop you have the possibility to pay by PayPal or credit card.

- Is the payment secure?

The shop is perfectly secure for online payments. All online credit card payments are secure. All sensitive data related to payment methods is encrypted using the most effective scrambling processes (SIPS/ATOS)

3/ Delivery details:

- How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination based on the Colissimo rate

- What are the delivery times?

Your package will be shipped within 5 to 15 working days, from the date of receipt of payment. This period is set as an indication, each product being manufactured and prepared by hand in our workshop or that of our partner, the delivery time may vary. Upon receipt of your payment we will confirm a firm deadline.

4/ Return and exchange terms

- Can I cancel my order or exchange my products?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours. After this period the order will be considered final.

You can return your items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

The postage of the return package is the responsibility of the customer. But the re-shipment of the items requested in exchange is free.

- What maintenance for clothes?

Printed clothing should preferably be washed inside out at 30°. Tumble drying is not recommended, and ironing should be done with the T-shirt inside out (pattern inside).

- What measurements are the clothes?

In each product sheet you will find a guide to the corresponding sizes.

- What is the quality of the clothes?

In each product sheet you will find details concerning the quality of the product and printing.
